Made in Japan by Kuramochi (CK), 1938. 11 inches long (28 cm). Impressive & extremely rare 4 door sedan. Windup clockwork operated, also with siren sound. Chrome bumper, (nickeled) headlights, emblem, grill and part of the running boards.
